Overview
The high-torque twin-screw and triple-screw extruder gearboxes (hereinafter referred to as “gearboxes”) manufactured by our company are developed based on advanced design concepts and methodologies from German and Austrian counterparts, and in accordance with the JB/T8853-2001 standard. These externally meshed, hardened helical gearboxes offer torque classes ranging from approximately 7.6 to 18 Nm/cm³.
Key Features
· High Load-Carrying Capacity – Designed for demanding extrusion applications with superior strength and durability.
· High Transmission Efficiency – Optimized gear geometry minimizes energy loss and maximizes power output.
· Long Service Life – Major components rated for over 70,000 hours of reliable operation.
· Excellent Mixing Performance – Ensures consistent material blending and product quality.
· Low Noise & Compact Design – Modern, space-saving construction with quiet operation.
· Minimal Oil Leakage – Leakage rate of less than 1%, ensuring clean and reliable long-term operation.
Quality & Manufacturing
The gears are forged from high-strength alloy case-hardening steel and manufactured through precision processes including carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding, achieving gear precision of Grade 6 or higher. This ensures trouble-free continuous operation with minimal risk of oil leakage.
