Core Design Philosophy

This high-torque gearbox series is purpose-built for co-rotating parallel twin-screw extruders, drawing on advanced design principles from leading German and Austrian manufacturers.

By employing power-split technology, the gearbox achieves significantly enhanced load capacity, delivering high precision, high strength, and high-speed performance. The compact and contemporary housing design ensures low noise levels, high transmission efficiency, and reliable continuous operation with minimal oil leakage risk.

Key component service life exceeds 70,000 hours, with an oil leakage rate below 1‰.

Structure & Configuration

📌Housing

The housing structure is engineered to absorb operational noise. Manufactured from high-quality gray cast iron and ductile iron with full aging treatment, it offers excellent rigidity and a smooth finish. Advanced multi-axis machining ensures high precision and long-term stability.

⚙️Gears

Gears are produced from high-strength alloy case-hardening steels (20CrMnMo, 20CrNi2MoA, 20Cr2Ni4A). After carburizing and quenching, tooth surface hardness reaches HRC 58–62. Precision grinding achieves gear accuracy up to Grade 5–6 (ISO 1328-1:1995). Key components undergo surface strengthening with tooth profile and helix modifications to ensure optimal meshing under load, resulting in low noise and high efficiency.

🔧Bearings

Bearings are sourced from leading domestic and international brands, including ZWZ, FAG, INA, TWB, SKF, NSK, and NTN.

🛡️Seals

Oil seals are primarily imported from established brands such as CTY (Germany) and SOG (Taiwan).

🫙Lubrication

The gearbox is equipped with a forced cooling lubrication system, high-efficiency brazed plate heat exchangers, flow meters, temperature sensors, and pressure gauges to ensure reliable thermal management under high-speed, high-torque operation.
